L-Lysine is an essential amino acid important for many functions in the body. Among other things, it is important for the construction of collagen, bones, teeth and muscles. It also supports the normal function of the immune system and supports the health of the cardiovascular system.

Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system*.

Recommended dosage:
Dosage: 1-2 capsules twice a day, preferably once a day on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Take the capsules with water or fruit juice (not milk). L-lysine+ is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in metabolic disorders and when taking certain medications (MAOIs).
