What does L-theanine do?
L-theanine is believed to work by increasing levels of neurotransmitters in the brain, such as dopamine, serotonin, and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which are responsible for regulating mood, sleep, and anxiety. L-theanine is rapidly absorbed after ingestion and often works within 30 minutes (depending on the dose).

What is magnesium bisglycinate?

Magnesium bisglycinate contributes to mental resilience and clear thinking. It can also be a valuable supplement for people who suffer from a lot of stimulation and/or concentration problems.
Recommended dosage:
Take 2 capsules 1 x daily with water. Best taken during or after a meal.
