Food supplement with the amino acid L-tryptophan

L-tryptophan - an essential amino acid for mood and memory.

Recommended dosage:

1-3 v-capsules daily with sufficient water (up to half an hour before meals or two hours after meals).

Note:

L-tryptophan should not be used by people treated with antidepressants (including MAOIs). In addition, it can interact with a number of medications or affect conditions. You should therefore consult your doctor or pharmacist if you wish to take this product (in addition to your medication).
