What is vitamin C good for?

Liposomal vitamin C
Liposomes are small balls with a hollow interior. The outside is made up of phospholipids, just like our cell membrane. Phospholipids protect the substances inside from the action of stomach acid and liver enzymes and ensure high bioavailability.

Recommended dosage:
Shake well before use. Take 1 teaspoon once a day. Consume directly or mix with a glass of water or juice. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 2 months. Protect from direct sunlight.
