Flaxseed oil - rich in omega 3 fatty acids ALA and vitamin E. It supports normal cholesterol levels and protects the body as an antioxidant.

Flaxseed oil is pressed from flaxseed, the seed of the flax plant. Although flaxseed oil is made from flaxseed, there is a difference in nutritional value and effect on the body between flaxseed and flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil contains only fatty acids, while flaxseed is also rich in fiber and protein. On the other hand, flaxseed oil is much richer in omega 3 fatty acids ALA than flaxseed.

Flaxseed oil is rich in the omega 3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is found exclusively in plant sources and is a precursor to the omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA: this conversion is taken care of by the body. ALA contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels (2 g per day).

In addition, vitamin E has been added to the capsule. Vitamin E contributes as an antioxidant by protecting the body from external influences.

Recommended dosage:

1-3 x daily 1 capsule during or after meals with water.
