Wheat germ oil is extracted from the germ of wheat grain. Wheat germ oil consists mainly of polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as omega 6. The oil contains beneficial nutrients, including vitamin E. Mattisson wheat germ oil is cold pressed to preserve as many nutrients as possible.

Do not use wheat germ oil if you have a gluten allergy.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1-2 capsules once a day during or after a meal with water.
