Mattisson Cod Liver Oil 1000 mg - 120 capsules

Cod liver oil capsules are made from cod liver. They contain 90 mg EPA, 110 mg DHA and a total of 257 mg omega 3 per capsule. The capsules also contain vitamins A and D.

EPA AND DHA
EPA and DHA are Omega 3 fatty acids that contribute to maintaining normal blood pressure (when taking 3 g of EPA and DHA per day, do not take more than 5 mg together). EPA and DHA also have beneficial effects on the heart (at 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day). DHA also has a beneficial effect on the brain and vision (at a dose of 250 mg per day).

Vitamin A and D
Cod liver oil is a source of vitamin A & D. Vitamin A supports the immune system and nourishes the skin from the inside. Vitamin D is beneficial for muscles and helps maintain normal bone health.

Recommended dosage:
1 capsule daily during or after meals. Swallow the capsules with water.
