Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000 mg contains high-quality, pure fish oil and contains 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA (750 mg Omega 3 in total) in one capsule. In addition, extra vitamin E has been added to protect the product from oxidation. The TOTOX value (Total Oxidation Value) is 7, which is a relatively low number and indicates that the fish oil in these capsules has a low oxidation level, is stable and of high quality.

EPA AND DHA
EPA and DHA are omega 3 fatty acids. DHA is good for vision and the brain (with a daily intake of 250 mg). EPA and DHA are beneficial for the heart (with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
