Mattisson Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000 mg - 90 capsules
Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000 mg contains high-quality, pure fish oil and contains 350 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA (total 600 mg Omega 3) in one capsule. In addition, extra vitamin E has been added to protect the product from oxidation. At the same time, this is 63% of the recommended daily dose of this vitamin.
This fish oil is made from anchovies caught in the oceans around South America, mainly in Peru and Colombia. They are small fish, so there is no risk of accumulation of heavy metals like in large fish.
EPA AND DHA
EPA and DHA are omega 3 fatty acids that contribute to maintaining normal blood pressure (when taking 3 g of EPA and DHA per day, do not take more than 5 mg together). EPA and DHA also have beneficial effects on the heart (at 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day). In addition, DHA has a beneficial effect on the brain and vision (at a dose of 250 mg per day).
