Bacteria are important for our intestinal flora (microbiome). There are good and bad bacteria in our microbiome, which must be in balance. An excess of "bad" bacteria can cause various problems.

Prebiotics come from Sunfiber fiber (guar fiber). This is a water-soluble fermentable fiber that serves as a food source for the microbiome. Fermentation by our microbiome produces metabolites such as short-chain fatty acids (butyrate, propionate, acetate, among others).

Recommended dosage:

Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water. Preferably in the evening.

Ingredients:

Probiotics (corn maltodextrin (carrier)), 30 billion CFU/g probiotic strains), HMPC gastro-resistant capsule (shell).
