Evening primrose oil is made from the seeds of the evening primrose plant. This plant, known for its beautiful yellow flowers, is now found in many countries. Evening primrose oil is cold-pressed from the seeds to preserve its quality and nutritional value.

What are the benefits of evening primrose oil?
Evening primrose oil is one of the richest sources of the omega-6 fatty acid GLA, or gamma-linolenic acid. This form of omega 6 is almost absent in our diet.
