Recommended dosage:

1 x 1-3 tablets daily, preferably before or during meals with water. This recommended amount can also be taken spread out throughout the day. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using any vitamin K2 supplement if you are taking coumarin derivatives.
