What is calcium citrate?
Calcium (tri)citrate is a calcium salt containing 21% elemental calcium. Calcium citrate is an organic form of calcium, just like calcium aspartate or calcium gluconate. Calcium citrate is better absorbed than inorganic forms of calcium, such as calcium oxide or calcium sulfate.
