Aquamin™ Calcium from red algae (Lithothamnium calcareum) is a natural multi-mineral complex. This algae is collected off the clean coasts of Ireland and Iceland. Calcium helps maintain strong bones, strong teeth and plays a role in maintaining strong muscles.

What is the effect of calcium?
Calcium is one of the main minerals that our body needs to absorb. Calcium is found in dairy products, but also in almonds and vegetables such as broccoli and spinach. For example, calcium contributes to proper blood clotting, calcium is needed for normal growth and development of children's bones, calcium is suitable for calcium metabolism and contributes to normal cell division. Calcium also activates the body's natural energy, contributes to strong teeth, helps normal muscle function, supports digestion and contributes to normal nerve function.

What are Aquamin™ calcium capsules?
Aquamin calcium from red algae is a natural mineral complex. Red algae has the special property of absorbing minerals from the sea and storing them in its tissues. In addition to calcium, Aquamin™ vegan capsules also contain magnesium. The correct ratio of calcium and magnesium in the body is important, because these two minerals need each other to perform their function. Increased calcium intake should therefore be accompanied by a higher intake of magnesium.

High bioavailability
Magnesium (approx. 2.2%) in Aquamin™ TG (Lithothamnium Calcareum) is in the form of carbonate, as is calcium (> 30%) in this preparation. Calcium and magnesium and > 70 other minerals and trace elements are naturally found in Lithothamnium Calcareum (red seaweed). High bioavailability is due to this unique natural composition and structure.

Recommended dosage:

Take 2 vegetarian capsules with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
