What is glutathione?
Glutathione is formed in our body from three amino acids (tripeptides): glycine, cysteine ​​and glutamic acid. It is found in high concentrations in almost all cells and is the most important antioxidant in the body. Glutathione is important in several body processes, but especially in the liver.

In today's society, we are largely exposed to free radicals (oxidative stress) due to stress, the use of medications, alcohol and drugs, the effects of pollutants and processed foods. This significantly affects the supply of glutathione in the body. A dietary supplement can help prevent glutathione deficiency.

What are liposomes?
Liposomes are small spheres with a hollow interior. The outer side is made of phospholipids (sunflower lecithin), just like our cell membrane. Phospholipids protect the substances inside from the action of stomach acid and liver enzymes and ensure high bioavailability. Dietary supplements in liposomal form are therefore well absorbed by the body.

Recommended dosage:
