Q10 (10 mg): It is very important as we age, as less and less of it is produced.

One of the advantages of this multivitamin is that we decided to develop it in capsule form, not tablets. Thanks to this, we had to use fewer excipients. The excipients used are completely natural and come from rice.

Recommended dosage:

Take 2 capsules once a day in the morning with a meal and drink with water. Before using a vitamin K2 dietary supplement, consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).
