We find humic acids everywhere in nature as products of the decomposition of organic matter. Everyone consumes humic acids through foods such as coffee, tea, some types of beer and bread crusts. Due to the use of fertilizers, pesticides and the age of agricultural land, the humus layer in the soil is slowly disappearing, so we naturally obtain less and less humic acids.

Humic acid is a solid substance that is completely soluble in water at high pH. The difference from fulvic acid is that humic acid is bound to minerals and metals. The darker the color of humic acid, the more minerals it binds to itself. The color therefore indicates the richness of humic acid.

Mattisson humic acid contains up to 260 mg of humic acid and 60 mg of bound fulvic acid per 10 ml.

Recommended dosage:

1 tablespoon (approx. 10 ml) of humic acid once a day.
