Vegan Vitamin D3
Vitamin D is also known as the sunshine vitamin. This is because sunlight is the main source of vitamin D and the body produces vitamin D in the skin under the influence of sunlight. Clothing and sunscreens, among other things, give the body little chance to produce D3. This can lead to a D3 deficiency in many people. This vegan vitamin D3 oil is obtained from algae.
Effect of vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 contributes to the absorption of calcium. It also supports the normal function of the immune system, normal muscle function and plays a role in the process of cell division.
These capsules contain 75 mcg of vitamin D3 (3000 iu). Added olive oil improves the absorption of vitamin D3.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule once a day with a glass of water.
