Vitamin B12 5000 micrograms (methylcobalamin) contains 5 mg of vitamin B12 in each lozenge in the biologically active form of methylcobalamin.

Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin found almost exclusively in animal products (dairy products, meat, eggs). Vitamin B12 supplementation is recommended for vegetarian or vegan diets.

Vitamin B12 is important for the nervous system and contributes to the formation of red blood cells. Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal mental function and helps with tiredness/fatigue.

These vitamin B12 tablets contain 5000 micrograms (methylcobalamin) of vitamin B12 per lozenge in the biologically active form of methylcobalamin.

Recommended dosage:

Take 1 lozenge once a day just before or during a meal.
