Lemon with spirulina in honey - a blue and healthy treat.

  • 100% natural composition (sweet honey, sour lemon and dried blue spirulina),
  • thanks to the azure color, a completely original improvement to your diet (for pastries, cakes, muesli),
  • support for strong>health (meadow honey, superfood spirulina and vitamin-rich lemon),
  • extravagant appearance and excellent taste (alluringly sour, blue honey).

Composition and consistency of lemon honey with spirulina

The composition of honey with lemon and spirulina is natural and therefore so simple: only cold pasted honey, lemon concentrate without preservatives and dried spirulina (a fibrous cyanobacteria from the genus Oscillatoriales). It is not liquid like regular flower or forest honeydew honey. Its density is increased by lemon concentrate and it is more like pasted honey. It does not contain any added stabilizers, sugar syrups or other thinning juices. You can easily spread it on regular pastries, with the exception of very delicate pastries such as untoasted toast or croissants.

  • Our tip: Leave the lemon honey with spirulina at room temperature. Its consistency will improve after a few hours (taking into account the volume) and the honey will soften. It's a small price to pay for the fact that the composition is simply 100% natural :-)

What is pasted honey?

It is flower honey, which we put into an easily spreadable form. By stirring it slowly, we remove its natural crystallization so that it cannot completely solidify. Only mechanical movement - nothing more. No heating, as that would reduce the quality of the honey.

Caution! Pasted honey can be liquefied. But we do it carefully, up to a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. At a higher temperature, the liquefied flower pasted honey becomes non-pasted flower honey, i.e. clear honey. Such honey then crystallizes until it is completely solid.
