Anyone can catch a tick and we can often overlook it. It is therefore important to know whether or not a tick is infected with the Borrelia bacteria. This can be easily determined with this test. The Lyme test is used to detect infection with the Borrelia bacteria, which causes the disease known as Lyme disease. The test is used by laboratories and general practitioners. It is performed using a blood sample obtained by pricking a finger. A drop of blood is added to the test cassette together with a drop of reagent. After 10 minutes, you can read the test result.
