Mumio is a special, resin-like substance that occurs in the form of stalactites in caves of high mountains such as the Caucasus, Altai and Tian Shan - hence its name Tears of the Mountains. Mumio has a dark brown to black color and a specific taste. It is well soluble in water and alcohol, softens with the warmth of your fingers. Composition of 1 tablet: 200 mg of pure mumio.

Dosage: 1 tablet1-2 times a day dissolve in water and drink 30 minutes before meals. Recommended duration of use 3-4 weeks. Can be repeated 2-3 times a year. Not suitable for children.
