Important Information
Foods containing at least 0.65 g of plant sterol esters per serving, consumed 2 times daily with meals (at least 1.3 g total daily) as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. One serving of NOW® Beta-Sitosterol Plant Sterols with Fish Oil provides 1 g (1,000 mg) of plant sterol esters in a fish oil base.
