NOW® CoQ10 is pharmaceutical grade. NOW CoQ10 products contain only the natural all-trans form of CoQ10 produced by fermentation.

Suggested Use

Take 1 softgel 1-2 times daily with food. Due to the size of the capsule, take with approximately 240 ml of water or other beverage.
