DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) is an amino alcohol that is normally found in trace amounts in the brain. It is generally considered a precursor to the essential nutrient choline, which the brain needs to produce acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in the transmission of nerve signals and healthy brain function.
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless directed by your doctor.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
