Fenugreek BIO - seeds for germination 200g

Young sprouting plants are rich in vitamins, enzymes, amino acids, minerals and trace elements. Fenugreek is one of the oldest cultivated plants, the seeds are traditionally used as a spice. It contributes to normal digestion, helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Ingredients: Organic fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

Recommended use: Use to decorate pastries, soups, vegetable or pasta salads. You can also use them to prepare fresh homemade vegetable juice. Best eaten raw to preserve all nutrients.

Preparation instructions:
Soaking time: 8-12 hours
Germination time: 4-6 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20°C
Rinse with water: 2-3 times a day
Harvest at size: 2.5-5cm

Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Store in a dry and cool place.
