The complex composition of the Super Complex Vitamin B supplement provides a total of 10 substances from the B vitamin group in bioactive forms and of plant origin. The properties of all B vitamins are related to energy metabolism, immunity, mental condition and cognitive abilities. In addition, each has its own specific effects.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine) – in the form of thiamine HCl – thymine hydrochloride, this vitamin has similar properties to acetylcholine, it has properties significantly related to cognitive abilities.
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) – in the form of riboflavin-5-phosphate – the active form of riboflavin usable by the body, the properties of this vitamin are related to oxidative stress, dopamine and mucous membranes.
- Vitamin B3 (niacin) – in the form of inositol hexanicotinate, which is a source of nicotinic acid (niacin), the properties of this vitamin are related to homocysteine and fertility.
- Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) – in the form of d-pantothenic acid, the properties of this substance are related to the nervous system and levels hormones.
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal) – in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6, which is a cofactor of important enzymes, its properties are related to the nervous system, cognitive abilities and mucous membranes.
- Biotin (vitamin B7, vitamin H) – a coenzyme for a number of enzymes, its properties are related to the metabolism of amino acids.
- Folate (folic acid, vitamin B9) – in the form of QuatrefolicTM 5-MTHF methyfolate – a form of folic acid with excellent bioavailability, its properties are related to fertility, the reproductive system, fetal development and other areas.
- Inositol (Vitamin BM) – the properties of inositol are related to the production of acetylcholine and serotonin, the reproductive system and development fetus
- PABA - para-aminobenzoic acid (vitamin Bx) - the properties of this substance are related to folic acid metabolism, the condition of mucous membranes and energy metabolism.
