Tripple Magnesium contains three chelated forms of magnesium - magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium taurate. In these forms, magnesium is bound to another substance (malic acid, L-glycine or L-taurine) with the same type of bond that occurs naturally in nature = chelate (organic bond).
