This is a special gentle method, where the food is gradually dried thanks to several steps, including a transitional bath in apple juice, which gives these fruits an unmistakable freshness and taste. Part of this above-standard procedure, the aim of which is to preserve the maximum amount of nutrients, is also the subsequent use of a protective film made of sunflower oil (organic farming), which prevents excessive drying of the product and loss of optimal organoleptic properties.
Blueberry fruits have a typical distinctive taste, a number of positive effects and the ability to dye blue, therefore they add an attractive element to dishes in terms of taste and color. Purasana blueberries are very popular for their full fruity taste.
