What is Bach Flower Therapy:

BCT is based on a similar principle to homeopathy. Principle of treatment:

Bach therapy cannot be categorized in any way. At first glance, we can compare it to classic Hahnemann homeopathy, but it is also close to anthroposophy.

It works on subtle energy levels and is therefore easily combined with any other treatment method, including classical medicine.

Bach essences affect the emotional states of the patient that accompany the illness. By removing blocks and negative feelings, they help in the final healing. They do not act directly on the physical body, but on our psychological states, which are a reflection of the discord and disharmony within us.

How to use Bach flower essences:

Drop two drops of the selected essence into a glass of water (four for the Crisis essence) and sip as often as you feel the need during the day.

For long-term use, it is recommended to drip four drops of each selected essence (maximum seven) into a single 30ml bottle of clear spring water. It is advisable to take four drops of the resulting solution four times a day.

If necessary, the essences can be taken undiluted directly on the tongue, rubbed on the lips, temples, or the inside of the wrist (for example, for small children).

How often you use Bach essences depends on you. If your moods do not fluctuate too much, or if you are only feeling the onset of a crisis, a single bottle will suffice. If your conditions are of a longer-term nature, the essences can be used for as long as necessary; you cannot overdose on them or develop a harmful habit from them.

Dosage: 2 drops directly on the tongue or in a glass of water just before falling asleep ... in case of awakening, the dose can be repeated several times.
