Crisis Essence is a blend of five flowers that Dr. Bach created to help manage stressful situations. Crisis essence helps to immediately face situations that require special attention and commitment (an important doctor's visit, a difficult discussion, a work meeting...).

What is Bach Flower Therapy:

BCT is based on a similar principle to homeopathy. With the help of extracts from various flowers and plants, it helps a person to cope with a wide variety of negative emotions that they are confronted with daily. Principle of action:

Bach therapy cannot be categorized in any way. At first glance, we can compare it to classical Hahnemann homeopathy, but it is also close to anthroposophy.

It works on subtle energy levels and is therefore easily combined with any other treatment method, including classical medicine.

Bach essences affect the emotional states of the patient that accompany the disease. By removing blocks and negative feelings thus help in the final healing. They do not act directly on the physical body, but on our psychological states, which are a reflection of the discord and disharmony within us.

How to use Bach flower essences:

Drop two drops of the selected essence into a glass of water (four for the Crisis essence) and sip during the day as often as you feel the need.

For long-term use, it is recommended to drop four drops of each selected essence (maximum seven) into a single 30ml bottle of clear spring water. It is advisable to take four drops of the resulting solution four times a day.

If necessary, the essences can also be taken undiluted directly on the tongue, rubbed on the lips, temples, or the inside of the wrist (for example, for small children).

How often you will use Bach essences depends only on you. If your moods do not fluctuate too much, or If you are only experiencing the onset of a crisis, a single bottle will suffice. If your conditions are of a longer-term nature, the essences can be used for as long as necessary; you cannot overdose on them or develop a harmful habit.
