Properties:
strengthens immunity, has antibacterial effects, helps with colds, supports digestion, relieves cramps and bloating, suppresses vomiting, helps with muscle tension, rheumatism and cellulite, improves blood circulation and invigorates. It is less irritating and has a gentler effect than CINNAMON - BARK.

Aroma:
bitter, sweet, spicy.

Purpose and method of use of essential oils:
The most famous way of using essential oils is to inhale them from an aroma lamp. Drop 3-8 drops of essential oil or mixture into a container of water and let it evaporate freely. The specific amount depends on the type of essential oil, the size of the room and its ventilation. Essential oils and mixtures can also be used, for example, for inhalation in a sauna. We use them by dripping the oil onto a piece of cloth, pulp or paper and letting it evaporate. The essential oil can be dripped into water and poured directly onto hot stones. In addition to inhalations, we use essential oils and their mixtures for baths, massages, compresses or for the preparation of aromatherapy cosmetics.

Warning:
Use in small concentrations. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in young children, in epilepsy, high blood pressure and allergic disposition.

Essential oils are aromatic volatile substances obtained from various parts of the plant. It always depends on the specific plant, its processed part (flower, leaf, bark, root, fruit, ...) and growing conditions.
