Zdravý den® BIO sunflower seeds intended for year-round germination. They are a fresh and high-quality legume suitable for direct consumption or as an ingredient in various dishes. They have a sweet taste.

Recommended use: For decorating pastries, soups, vegetable or pasta salads. It is best to consume raw to preserve all nutrients.

Preparation instructions:
Soaking time: 8-12 hours
Germination time: 4-6 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20 °C
Rinse with water: 2-3 times a day
Harvest at size: 2.5-5 cm

Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored for 1–2 weeks in the refrigerator at a temperature of up to 12°C.
