Ingredients:

Preparation instructions

Pour 4 large tablespoons (approx. 60 g) with warm (up to 42 °C) plant-based or regular milk or water. Stir and wait 2 minutes. Add slices of fresh fruit (banana, strawberries, apple, etc.). Can be sweetened with agave syrup or coconut sugar.

Tip: The mixture can be sprinkled into other foods, such as cereal porridge, to increase its nutritional value, added to yogurt, etc.
