Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 100 micrograms.
Fillers: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate E470b from vegetable stearic acid, . Warning: Diabetics and people with hypoglycemia should only use under the supervision of a doctor.
Dosage:
One tablet daily with meals or as directed by a doctor.
Free of: sugar, starch, salt, soy, corn, wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy products, artificial colors and preservatives.
Suitable for: vegetarians, vegans, the product is kosher. Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
