Vitamin C
Vitamin C takes care of the vascular system in the skin, thus improving blood circulation and increasing the supply of nutrients. As an antioxidant, it protects against the effects of free oxygen radicals that damage the skin. This mechanism helps protect against wrinkles and keeps the skin firm and elastic.
