Kelp is seaweed. It is a concentrated source of minerals including iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron. Kelp as a source of iodine helps in the production of thyroid hormones, which are essential for maintaining normal metabolic functions.
Who is prone to iodine deficiency: People who do not eat seaweed, fish, dairy products, salt. Iodine deficiency can cause decreased thyroid function.

Ingredients per tablet: Iodine (from 84 mg of dried North Atlantic kelp) 200 ug, Magnesium stearate E470b, Stearic acid, vegetable gum, silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Warning: Keep out of reach of children! Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
