Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) is a prized herb whose seeds are a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which supports hormonal balance, skin health and the body's natural anti-inflammatory response.
It is most often used in the form of evening primrose oil for problems associated with premenstrual syndrome, menopause, eczema and dry or sensitive skin.
