Package: 20 tablets Dosage:Simply dissolve 1 tablet in 750ml of water or other intra-workout drink. In case of high ambient temperature or higher fluid loss, increase the dose to 2 tablets in 750ml of water or intra-workout drink. Note: when dissolved in water, the characteristic is (for doses of one and two tablets) a hypotonic drink (osmolality). Warning: Store in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children.
