Organic mung beans for sprouting 200g
BIO mung beans Zdravý den® intended for year-round germination. They are suitable for direct consumption, in salads or as an ingredient in various dishes. They have a mildly spicy taste.
Use: to decorate pastries, in soups, vegetable or pasta salads. It is best to consume the sprouts raw to preserve all nutrients.
Ingredients: Mung beans (Vigna radiata) from organic farming.
Preparation instructions:
Soaking time: 8-12 hours
Germination time: 3-4 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20 °C
Rinse with water: 2-3 times a day
Harvest at size: 1-3 cm
Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for 1–2 weeks.
